kids

A few lovely things to remember about Macy these days:

Yesterday Nov. 16 she put a button up her nose so far
I couldn't see it. By the time we got her into the ENT it
must have passed through her nasal canal so the doc
couldn't spot it. Lovely. Can't wait to see how much that
bill will be.
Today Nov. 17 she started feeding her baby doll with her
nipple. When I told her her nipples weren't quite big enough
for that she said, "the baby has a small mouth and be quiet
she's trying to fall asleep." Lovely.
She has become quite the bad listener and even said today
after I asked her no joke, 10 times to get in the car, "I
can't hear you." So sarcastically too. Lovely. I'm at my
wits end with this one somedays. I do still love her to death,
but seriously.

Brady has been quite the talker lately. Starting to formulate
stories to tell us which is fun to watch him try and get the right
words. He's such a mellow easy going kid. Really only cries
when he gets hurt really bad running into something because
he's not paying attention. I'm pretty sure he has ADD (no not
really, but I wonder:) He is a studier and is quite smart on the
computer. He has changed my screen saver all by himself and
can pretty much watch videos on youtube all by himself. Always
truck videos too or tractor videos. I wonder where he gets that
from?! It's a good thing he has the personality he does or I
think I would really be going crazy!

Kaden is a wiggler and a mover lately. The first week we didn't
bring his carseat to church this last week and he just wanted to
sit up and lean forward and grab everything. He has a hard time
falling asleep at church so that's getting a little old. He's a laugh
out loud kind of baby and has a great sense of humor. He is very
tickelious on his back ribs and laughs a lot to patty cake and when
I sing rock a bye baby to him. I learned today he likes it in the
rap version. I know how would that sound, right? Don't ask me
to do it for you cuz I won't! He loves baths and loves, loves, loves
real people food. He's a scarfer. 2 bottom teeth so far.
I just love him to pieces!

Friends

This last week we had a friend play at our house for a few days
The kids loved playing with fallon.
I had to take a picture of Macy's hair that I straightened for
the primary program, I can't believe how long it is.

Our friend Devon came to visit for a day and the kids loved
playing with Aida. We had a fun 3 hour shopping day without
the big kids (thanks to Devons niece Chloe) which was nice!
Don't mind Brady's nose picking!

New parents

We're so excited that it's basketball season again. We love going to the games and are excited this year to be booster parents for one of the girl players, Maddy P. She has been so much fun to have around and we just love her Australian accent.

Somebody wants to be a baby again! This was at Gerties one night when we went to a booster dinner and Brady was playing in Kaden's car seat. He's huge! On a side note Macy busted my camera a couple of weeks ago so any blurry pictures are because of her. She was sitting in our office chair spinning around in it and was holding my camera out and the back touch screen hit the corner of our desk. I can still take pictures I just can't see what I'm taking or even view them. Ya, it's back to old school. This is my favorite camera ever too!

I'm getting dinner ready and look how clean and happy Kaden is.
I leave to go to my volleyball game and look what happens when
daddy watches him!

oh well, he's still happy at least!

Halloween

He was a great Michael Jackson, even if nobody could tell
what he was supposed to be. I mean look how huge his
head looks with that wig!! (I'm a little boy).
We got to this Halloween party way too late this year, dang
it, so I didn't get as many pictures as usual. Plus Macy broke
my camera so I'm unable to see the pictures I'm taking so I
was guessing when I took all these. At least most of them
turned out!
I just love Ron's face in this one. He looks like the guy from
back to the future.

My brother Paul and Joe's sister Jentry. Yes, they are dating.
Our family ties couldn't get any closer with the dille's!
Nikki, Kelly, me and Dara.
Sexy backside!

So here everyone is doing the thriller dance................
and the star of the show is just hangin in the back. He was
supervising I guess!
My little crayons. Look how much Macy and Kaden look alike!
I could just eat him up!
The cousins look so cute together.
So again I kinda threw these costumes together. I got this
idea from parents magazine and it looked so easy to do.
What you see here took my about 3-4 hours! Doesn't look
like it should but those dang letters took forever and even
the hats were tricky to make. I didn't even get them
complete like I wanted them, they are supposed to have
black around the arms and legs at the bottom, but I was
too tired to go any further. Their colors are down the leg,
but this picture doesn't show it very good.
The only thing I got done of Kadens was his hat.
Going over to the neighbors.
We went to our trunk or treat and then over to the Rodgers for
a little party. These are some of the treats Stacy made, too cute!
Brady wasn't into trick-or-treating this year. A little freaked out
by all of the costumes or the strangers everywhere. He only
collected 5 pieces of candy! When we got to our friends Kyla took
Macy around their neighborhood while Brady hung out at the
house. She got quite a bit of candy. Stacy made the kids some
cute little goody bags which they loved. I love Halloween!

Before I forget.

In church Macy was coloring in her book when the speaker
mentioned Joseph Smith. Macy looked up at me and in her
not so quite voice said, "mom, we know Joseph Smith. She
just said Joseph Smith, we know him!" I said, "ya we do,
huh?" Then the speaker continued with, "in Doctrine and
Covenants....." and Macy looked up again and said, "he's
a doctor, huh?"

We're half way there:)

latest hobby

I've been up the last week til 1 o'clock in the morning just
having some fun doing some t-shirt appliques. It's been
fun making patterns and playing around.
B. for Brady

BATMAN

Macy loved her batman shirt she wanted to sleep in it for the
next two nights.
She wanted me to take a picture of her hair. It is pretty cute.

This tie turned out a lot fatter than it looked when I did it. Oh well.
For Kaden.
I can't take credit for the tie pattern or the tree, but the rest I
came up with and am having a lot of fun with a new hobby!

Pumkins

We had some friends over last week to decorate pumkins and
have lunch and the kids had a blast.
I was pretty impressed with Macy's face on hers, she did it all
by herself!

Usually when I force him to take a picture, he's happier than this,
he'd been done for a while and was in the middle of playing with his
cars when I made him come over. Ooooops. Nice eyes on that
pumkin.
My brother Paul came over and joined in on the fun. His daughter
was a little too young to fully enjoy it, but that didn't stop him! If
any of you know of any cute single ladies he's on the market!
